Hi, I’m Manu
Once upon a meltdown, I was right where you are too - overwhelmed, anxious, and always tense. Then one day, a brutal panic attack hit me so hard I ended up in the ER, shaking like a wet chicken and unable to speak. That scared me enough to actually do something about my emotional health.
I became obsessed with understanding how our bodies handle emotions, and after 15 years studying movement, trauma, and somatics, I now barely remember what panic feels like. Today, I’ve taught over 37,000 people how to handle stress, mystery symptoms, and emotional overload by simply moving their bodies in the right way.
I created Kaya to give you the same tools that changed my life. I'll teach you what's really happening in your body when you get emotional, and how to easily shift from discomfort to ease. Because you don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to start moving.
