Hi, I’m Manu
As a highly sensitive human, I’ve struggled with stress-related issues all my life- from autoimmune eczema I developed as a child, to food intolerances in my teenage years, and a 10 year low back and hip pain to boot. I know how it feels like to be convinced something is always wrong with my body.
Years of doctor's appointments, treatments, and endless googling left me with no real answers. That frustration sent me down a different path.
I became obsessed with understanding how the body speaks through tension and pain, and after 15 years studying yoga, physiology, traditional eastern practices and somatics, I now live with a level of ease I once thought impossible. Today, I've helped over 38,000 people find lasting relief from chronic symptoms by learning to re-connect to their bodies.
